Good morning! It’s Monday! Let’s lighten the mood a bit....
Friday’s blog was all about meditation and it got a bit ‘deep’ don’t you think? There has to be a lighter side to finding inner peace and tranquillity. We all know that meditation can increase happiness, improve health, relieve stress, help with relationships and increase our chances of success at whatever we strive to achieve but... if we can laugh at the same time then the benefits are even greater. This can be a very dry subject and I’m NOT a serious person so I’ve been looking for funny sub-topics.
If you have an open mind then this video is fantastic. Yes it’s a spoof but it’s also a meditation aid and the great thing is it reminds us not to take these things too seriously. If swearing offends you DO NOT WATCH!
OK this is seriously weird. I was looking for inspiration on humour and meditation on the web and what should pop up at the bottom of page 1 result? This...
Wow! That made me smile, I needed that boost on a Monday morning!

Finally - Why Should I Meditate?
Meditation gives you something that nothing else can:
It introduces you to yourself on all levels.
Meditation will bring you:
Peace of mind, calmness, and a sense of well being
Better relationships, better health, and a better life
Personal, philosophical, and spiritual insights
The direct experience of your eternal center of being
The benefits of meditation are your birthright, whether you are Buddhist, Christian, Confucian, Hindu, Jain, Jewish, Muslim, Sikh, Taoist, follow some other religion, or none at all.
Meditate... Meditate... Meditate...
Have a really great week everyone. Meditate daily, but don’t take yourself too seriously!
